Busy B Bakery is a licensed home bakery located in Stow, which specializes in American and French inspired pastries, confections, and desserts. We believe that everyone deserves a little sweetness in their life, which is why we also specialize in gluten free and vegan desserts too.
I’m a pastry chef who started baking with an Easy Bake oven and weekend children’s cooking classes at Loretta Paganini School of Cooking. I fell in love with France and French cuisine during high school & university and decided to move to Paris, France to pursue a degree in pastry arts and bread baking. After doing internships throughout Paris and gaining invaluable experience, I headed back to the US to put all I had learned to use. While working full time as a pastry chef, I started Busy B Bakery on a whim to have a creative outlet to expand upon my pastry experience and creations. The outdoor markets in France and the local farmers’ markets in Ohio were something I had always wanted to be a part of, and when a spot opened up in the Kent Haymaker Farmers’ market, I was thrilled. That was in 2012 and ever since, I’ve been offering local customers, restaurants, and businesses a small taste of artisan French and American desserts with an accent on using local products and high quality ingredients.
